What You Want Is Within Your Reach

As parents, we’ve invested time and money in our professional training to build long and rewarding careers. We dedicate our hard-earned resources only when we see and understand the value of our investments. We are discerning and determined when it comes to the future of our families.

As parents, we also want the very best education for our children. We recognize that the best schools are not preparing their students for this year’s tests, they are preparing children for all of life’s tests. For over a century, The Peck School has done exactly this.
Recently, the National Association of Independent Schools published a guide entitled “Values Added,” citing a study funded by the US Department of Education. The study results overwhelmingly support an investment in The Peck School. Read some compelling highlights.

List of 3 items.

  • Full Tuition Fees 2023-24

    Kindergarten: $39,8400

    Lower School (Grades 1-4): $42,730

    Upper School (Grades 5-8): $46,370

*Upper School tuition includes Mac laptops issued for individual use.

Like most independent schools, The Peck School's operating expenses exceed the revenue from tuition.  As a non-profit, independent, educational institution, we depend on our parents, alumni, and friends for voluntary support.  All parents are asked to contribute to the annual giving program that helps balance our operating budget.  All contributions are tax-deductible. The Peck School does award need-based financial aid for qualified applicants.
  • What Tuition Covers

Tuition covers textbooks and classroom materials, student publications, computer (Mac) lab equipment and devices, athletics, science lab and art studio supplies, standardized testing, and most field trips.

The Peck School has a 1:1 laptop program in Grades 3-8; laptops are issued as part of tuition.  Tuition also covers the iPad Program in Kindergarten-Grade 2.

FLIK Dining Services provides a balanced hot lunch with additional options at the salad, soup, and deli bars for Grades 1-8.  All is included in the tuition charge.  (Note: Kindergarten is the only grade level that does bring their lunch.)  All students are provided with daily snacks.
  • Enrollment Deposit and Tuition Payments

A non-refundable enrollment deposit of $2,000 must be submitted with an enrollment contract and will be applied to tuition. Tuition is payable in two installments, 70% by August 5, 2023 and 30% by January 5, 2024, with the non-refundable enrollment deposit applied to the payment due January 5, 2022. An individualized payment plan can also be requested in lieu of this above payment structure. Other charges outside of tuition are payable when billed.

Peck uses SMART TUITION, an online payment processing system to process tuition payments and streamline the management of payment plans for parents.

    * A Tuition Refund Plan and Student Accident Insurance are optional and may be purchased through the Business Office.
