Library and Technology

Technology, Innovation, and Design

We are proud to be a leader when it comes to integrating technology into the learning experience. Our students deepen their knowledge of themselves and the world through a technology-infused curriculum and constant exposure to new and emerging technologies.

Higgins Library

The Higgins Library was purposefully designed and placed in the physical and symbolic “heart” of the campus, in the Eckert-Huff building, directly in the center of the school. This location enables easy access from both the Upper and Lower School Buildings. It also allows direct access to the multi-media room and technology lab making cross-curricular projects easy to facilitate. In addition to idea rooms, computer banks, and comfortable seating areas, there is a large “story corner” area with tiered stadium style seating, used for storytelling and dramatic readings/presentations. There is one full time professional librarian.
