Extracurriculars and Aftercare
What about when the school day ends?
At Peck, learning and joy don't stop when school ends. We offer robust extracurricular offerings for Lower School students (K-4) and a fun and supportive aftercare environment where students can unwind, socialize, and complete homework.
Before and AfterSchool
We know that parents sometimes need to drop off before school starts. That’s why we offer care from 7:30-7:55 a.m. each morning. Lower School students gather in the dining hall for a quiet morning of playing games, coloring, or socializing with friends. Upper School students may head directly to their advisory classroom.
After school, students can stay for AfterSchool until 5:30 p.m. During Lower School dismissal, kids in Peck’s AfterSchool program go to the Foley Family Dining Hall. They get a snack, relax briefly, then start homework. At 3:50 p.m., Upper School carpool students are taken outside for pickup. If Upper School students aren't picked up by 4:10 p.m. Mon-Thurs, or by 3:10 p.m. on Fridays, they go to the Foley Family Dining Hall to do homework.
