Bistro Seven Three is located at 73 Mine Brook Rd, Bernardsville, NJ. A hotspot for locals and tourists, Bistro Seven Three is home to a chic, energetic dining room complete with a gorgeous patio and new atrium. The restaurant has been designated a "Best Restaurant" for multiple years in a row from Somerset Hills City Lifestyle Reader's Choice Awards.

Tickets are $160 per person, which includes the four-course dinner and wine pairing.

Wentworth Vineyards was founded in 2014 by Mark Wentworth '00 and his wife Katie. Inspired by Mark's French grandmother’s winemaking roots, Wentworth focuses on traditional techniques to create food-friendly wines. Their flagship site, Wentworth Vineyards, features a variety of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Grüner Veltliner, and Aligoté. Situated 3.5 miles from the Pacific at 1,200–1,260 feet elevation, it lies at the edge of viticultural possibility.

Wentworth wines are made exclusively from our regeneratively farmed Estate vineyards: the high-elevation Wentworth Vineyards in the Mendocino Ridge AVA and two Anderson Valley sites, Nash Mill and Abel Vineyards. They own 80 acres, with 25+ acres planted, influenced by the nearby Pacific Ocean. They remain committed to Estate Grown wines, expanding production of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to meet rising demand.

In 2017, they acquired Nash Mill Vineyard in Anderson Valley’s "Deep End," known for its cool climate. This site has three acres of Pinot Noir, an acre of Chardonnay, and a new experimental Blaufränkisch block. In 2023, they added Abel Vineyard, a historic site planted in 1997. Mark and Katie are excited about their upcoming vineyard-designate Pinot Noir from this esteemed location.
